Launa is a titan of business, governance, and social impact, boasting an illustrious career across various sectors. With extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of ASX listed companies like CBA and Super Retail Group, Launa has become a trusted advisor in governance, particularly in Remuneration and Audit committees. Currently, she lends her expertise to Australia Post and advises Fantastic Furniture.

Beyond the boardroom, Launa champions cultural and social causes. As Chair of the Melbourne Fashion Festival, she promotes Melbourne as Australia’s fashion capital. Additionally, her involvement with the Alannah and Madeline Foundation highlights her commitment to protecting children from cyberbullying and family violence.

Prior to her boardroom roles, Launa served as CEO/Managing Director of Target Australia, Billabong International, and Officeworks, leaving an indelible mark with her visionary leadership. Recognized for her contributions, she’s been honored as the Telstra Australian Businesswoman of the Year and received the Sir Charles McGrath Award for her groundbreaking work in marketing.
