All individuals must be nominated by someone else and we have a wide range of categories including employee, manager, senior manager, CEO/ board member and DEI Managers showing that everyone can play a part. Who do you know that deserves some recognition? Entry is easy, taking 5 to 10 minutes and you will make someones day.

The company categories are segmented by size and this year we wanted to recognise Indigenous companies too. Companies can self nominate or be nominated. The process is easy and aligns with the WGEA framework.
