My passion lies in compassionately supporting others to awaken their true potential through guiding them towards their own body wisdom. When we nurture our being with nutrient dense foods, allow for gentle detoxification and value our inner worlds through both stillness and mindful movement, we begin to reconnect with our true value. Within this safe internal world we find our unique gifts and begin to develop the confidence and commitment to sharing them with others.
