Meet Anne O’Loughlin
Anne has been working in the area of Family Law for 8 years, having previous experience as a prosecutor with the Department of Justice handling matters in the Magistrates’ and County Courts.
Anne assists with all aspects of family law, in particular resolving children’s care arrangements and property divisions after separation as well as drafting a wide variety of agreements including Binding Financial Agreements following separation and Binding Child Support Agreements. Anne regularly appears in the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court and local Magistrates Court.
Anne is also President of the Geelong Law Association and Deputy Chair of the Board of MacKillop Family Services.
