1.Confirm your goals & lock in a mentoring program 5 sessions

2. Select your ideal Mentor or Mentors

3. Review your home responsibilities and decide what you dislike doing. For example cleaning the house, washing the dog, cooking meals, ironing, lawn mowing etc.
4. Every time you schedule a session you will be allocated $100 voucher to the service of your choice to do the chore you have selected and give you back the time.

AN EXAMPLE

Mary has been doing the same project manager role for years, she is bored and would love to move areas. She does not know what she needs to do to be noticed or how to discuss this with her manager. She has two kids in primary school who do after-school activities. Her day starts at 6 am getting things ready for them to go to school and by the time dinner is done, she is exhausted. Her only downtime is on the weekends.

Mary is paired up with a mentor in her industry, one who understands what she needs to do and is empathetic to her home situation.

Mary decides she will get dinner delivered by Uber Eats on the night she is going to be mentored, saving her the shopping & prep time.
