I bring a decade of HR experience working with leaders across a range of industries, including healthcare, education, finance and technology. Throughout my career I have observed women fall victim to people pleasing, perfectionism and procrastination in an attempt to be seen and earn their seat at the table. Despite visible success, many feel that there is more to prove, and work relentlessly to meet societal and own expectations. I have been there myself! I am passionate about helping women break through barriers and embrace their strengths and imperfections to show up more confidently and authentically, and as a result thrive in their careers and life.
